Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions in Northern Tasmania.This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with builders, contractors, and internal teams to uncover opportunities, deliver value, and exceed performance targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Deliver on sales targets and expand the Interior Systems portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and contractors to drive repeat business.
  • Pricing & Contracts: Manage pricing approvals, credit terms, and customer contracts including renewals and rebates.
  • Market Insight: Track competitor activity and develop growth strategies with key customers.
  • CRM & Reporting: Use Dynamics 365 CRM to manage pipelines and customer data effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals and share market insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or account management.
  • Background in the building industry or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical aspects of construction.
  • Strong understanding of market segments, channels, and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience working with installation sub-contractors and related services.
  • Ability to generate market insights and present compelling cases for change.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
