Consumer Products Operations Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Consumer Products team as a Junior Business Administrator. In this role, you will support the wider ANZ, SEA and India team on operational tasks, including creating vendor accounts, raising purchase orders, and coding invoices.
Responsibilities
- Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment;
- Assisting with the administration requirements for establishing new licensee contracts;
- Assistance with forecasting, royalty reporting and outstanding invoice communications to licensees;
- Managing weekly team updates for senior management;
- Organisation of expense reporting for the ANZ, SEA team;
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents;
- Distributing licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials;
- Providing general office administration, ordering stationery, supplies and equipment for department; facilities duties; arranging couriers & post;
- Team support admin and projects as required.
Requirements
- Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in across the team;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
- Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail;
- Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently;
- Strong PC skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Keynote and Mac highly advantageous.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
