Job Title: APS6 Case Management Specialist

This is a 12-month opportunity to work as an APS6 Case Manager in the Brisbane CBD.

About the Role:
  • Undertake complex tasks guided by legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and planning expertise.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support on complex issues.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, collecting necessary information and providing effective advice for resolving matters.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders to provide support and advice.
  • Manage cases, including attending conferences and hearings.
  • Create documents outlining resolution options and outcomes.
  • Assess and respond to priority and risk matters.
