Job Role: Aps6 Case Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aps6 Case Manager to join our team. As an Aps6 Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of complex cases, resolving matters in a timely manner, and preparing cases for conferences, conciliations, and hearings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake end-to-end case management activities;
  • Resolve matters through case management of AAT applicable in relation to reviewable decisions;
  • Undertake case management of low to moderately complex matters and analyze to develop options for early resolution;
  • Obtain information and advice to effectively resolve matters;
  • Attend case conferences, conciliations, and hearings as required;
  • Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at case management meetings;
  • Assess and respond to priorities and risks;
  • Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in case management and/or legal settings. You should also be able to make sound judgments, prepare documents, and listen and communicate clearly and effectively.

About This Opportunity
