Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to manage our business customers through phone calls, enhancing customer relationships and growing business services.

This role involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via outbound calls
  • Selling consultatively and recommending solutions to customers
  • Identifying new business lead opportunities and communicating them to the sales team
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals and networking
  • Managing and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Focusing on client retention and protecting existing portfolios by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade contracts
  • Creating quality sales leads for the field-based sales team
