As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.

Additionally, you will work closely with our store management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
