Is your background in Customer Service, Business or Marketing?

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the end to end process of customer management and experience within a growing business

In this position, you will take ownership of internal and external customer management in addition to developing and delivering the marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Develop and maintain a database of key contact points for customers.
- Develop a customer relationship management (CRM) system to document customers' requirements and expectations for product.
- Develop, measure and plan improvements to net promotor score (NPS) of the business.

This materials business is privately owned and has key clients across the Mining, Utility and Civil Infrastructure sectors. This is a key position and they are on the lookout for their next talented individual to join them.

The remuneration on offer will be up to $100,000 + Super.
