Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels and distribution.
- Handle credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation in alignment with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rural distributors.
- Provide accurate quotes and address general customer queries.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuously improve the customer experience.
