City of Newcastle is seeking a customer centric professional to champion the voice of its customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and drive service improvements.

This role involves leading the expansion and delivery of the Voice of Customer program, using customer and performance data to improve services.

A key aspect of this role is to embed customer feedback into everyday practice and mature the VOC practice, ensuring high-quality service experiences for both internal and external customers.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a supportive and experienced team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer insight strategy to drive business outcomes
  • Lead the expansion and delivery of the Voice of Customer program, using data analytics to inform decision making
  • Embed customer feedback into everyday practice and mature the VOC practice
  • Manage a team to achieve business objectives
