The NKAM will ensure the RedBull brand is executed and activated in Catering/Foodservice in a premium way, through internal and external collaboration.

In winning new distribution in leading Catering and Foodservice groups, the NKAM will step-change normalising RedBull consumption with food in relevant consumption occasions including work, study, socialising, and drive.RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Deploy hunting list system and diagnose mutual value propositions with potential customersDeploy category, data, and industry insights, developing value-add and benefit-based sell-storiesManage and overcome objections, influencing multiple key stakeholders and decision makersIncrease depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomesDeliver outlet execution against RedBull measures, in-store and onlineCreate customer launch programs & customer joint business plansEnsure RedBull is activated at the point-of-decision and is included as an option in 'Meal Combos'Deploy incremental sales strategy, using occasion-based messaging to drive incremental purchasesSecure mass placement of point-of-sale items in accountsDevelop promotional program inclusive of 'Limited Time Offers'Deploy RedBull Consumer Promotions within Catering/Foodservice customersEngage and integrate Catering/Foodservice customers into RedBull owned eventsDrive development of customer-specific consumer promotionFoster branded collaboration within RedBull (with our Marketing team) and with the customerInput into the RedBull business planning cycleUniversity Degree PreferredMinimum 5 years senior account manager experienceHas successfully worked with the leading Catering/Foodservice chains on the supplier sideUnderstands the Catering/Foodservice segment and knows key stakeholdersSuperior verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumenAction orientated; follows through and drives outcomesTravel 30-40%WHERE YOU'LL BE BASED Sydney New South Wales, Australia Australia RedBull Australia JOIN THE TEAM Got what it takes?
