Job Description:OverviewThe Regional Area Director will play a key role in the management and oversight of service providers within the Country Network. This includes contracted and subcontracted entities that operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the future vision for the network to ensure service continuity, coverage, and sustainability while delivering a high customer experience.
- Lead the development of strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Mobilize a large and diverse field-based workforce safely and efficiently.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within the team and promote flexible ways of working.
- Experience delivering outcomes aligned with the Company Values and Culture Playbook.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of organization and time management.
- Previous leadership experience of a large field workforce.
- Ability to monitor and drive performance improvements and achieve operation targets.
- Pragmatic approach to delivering real-world solutions.
- Resilient ability to effectively lead through a transformational landscape.
- Extensive management experience within a customer service environment.
- Combined business and commercial acumen with developed financial skills.
- Exceptional data analytical skills to drive strategic planning/thinking.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work with stakeholders, resolve differences, and facilitate decision-making.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
