About the Role

This position will provide high-quality relationship counselling services to clients, including families, couples and individuals, with an emphasis on the impact of the presenting issues on the family and/or relationship.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment, delivering face-to-face relationship counselling services from our Port Macquarie office, with occasional travel to our Taree office.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced counsellor to join our team, who has a passion for providing relationship counselling services and has good foundational skills in using technology, including a client management system and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality relationship counselling services to clients, including families, couples and individuals
  • Facilitate group programs, seminars, and workshops
  • Provide case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in delivering counselling services to individuals, couples and families
  • Good foundational skills in using technology, including a client management system and Zoom
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment
