Senior Proposal Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior proposal manager to join our team and lead the bid process.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to winning proposals.

  • Lead and manage the bid team to ensure consistency of bidding practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute bid strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate bidding metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender submissions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Canva for bid document preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bid process and be able to lead a team to achieve high-quality bid responses.

They will also have excellent writing, formatting, and proofreading skills to ensure compliance with company standards.
