Senior Tender Management Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the tender process and lead teams in delivering high-quality submissions on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders, from initial opportunity to final submission
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and content
  • Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and track pipeline activity
  • Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future outcomes
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid or proposal management within commercial sectors
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Agile mindset with ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
