Bid Strategy Manager

As a Bid Strategy Manager, you will lead and coordinate end-to-end bid and tender responses. You will oversee a high-performing team including a Bid Writer and Business Development Manager. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance and legal.

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to drive innovation and process improvement.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive bid documents, including proposals and tenders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful bid outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids.
