Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of late-stage recoveries, making and taking high volumes of calls.
  • Skip trace accounts to gain new information and contact customers.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with a customer-centric approach.
  • Liaise with third parties, including field agents and solicitors.
  • Assess financial hardship applications and find resolutions.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a financial services collections role, with a focus on late-stage collections and skip tracing.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections while negotiating.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
