
Financial Recovery Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our late-stage recoveries portfolio, making and taking high volumes of calls. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about helping small businesses thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of late-stage recoveries accounts.
- Conduct skip tracing to gather new information and contact customers.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with a customer-centric approach.
- Liaise with third parties, including field agents and solicitors.
- Ensure adherence to all legislative and internal policy guidelines.
- Assess financial hardship applications and find resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- At least 1 year of experience in a financial services collections role, focusing on late-stage collections and skip tracing.
- Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections while negotiating.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Litigation experience is highly valued.
