Senior Debt Recovery Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage a portfolio of late-stage recoveries using industry best practices.
- Skip trace accounts to gather accurate information.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers in a professional manner.
- Liaise with third parties including field agents and solicitors as required.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong track record in collections and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a financial services collections role, with a focus on late-stage collections and skip tracing. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all legislative and internal policy guidelines are adhered to.
- Assess financial hardship applications and develop effective solutions.
