Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to join our team in North Ryde. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of changes within policy, remuneration guidelines, and approved headcount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management: Coordinate and administer Change of Conditions processing, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Tier 1 Escalations: Serve as the escalation point for complex matters via the HR Inbox, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  • Performance Appraisals and Salary Reviews: Assist with the annual performance appraisals process and salary review process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with the administration of annual employee engagement surveys, analyzing results to inform senior management decision making.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Coordinate regular and ad-hoc reporting to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staff Lists and Reporting: Maintain accurate staff lists for reporting and communication purposes, ensuring data consistency across systems.
  • Audit Support: Provide support for audit activity requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Issue Research and Resolution: Conduct research and develop recommendations to resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.
  • Exit Interviews and Recommendations: Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations to enhance future improvements.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
