Senior HR Information System Specialist

This HRIS Specialist role is a hands-on contract opportunity that requires an experienced professional with expertise in HR information systems.
- The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of system administration, configuration, and optimisation, as well as strong analytical skills to produce and validate HR data and metrics.
- They will be able to maintain and troubleshoot the HRIS system to ensure reliability, accuracy, and a seamless user experience across all modules.
- Additional responsibilities include managing HR data quality, generating operational and compliance reports, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
- Proven experience with ELMO systems, including advanced administration and configuration capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to HR operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team and provide training to system users.
