Our client is seeking a skilled HR Projects professional with experience in a prior HR generalist capacity to join a collaborative and positive team environment.You'll play a key role in a significant digital transformation as the company transitions to a new time and attendance system - Tanda, guiding and supporting others through this major system change.
Your strong communication skills, experience in system implementations, attention to detail and confidence in award interpretation is essential.Responsibilities include:Supporting ongoing data migration with various teams across the organisationCollaborating with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiencyDeveloping and delivering training to enhance system capability across the organisationAbout you:Strong HRIS administration background, with experience in implementationAdvanced Excel and database management capabilitiesSolid experience within HR, including award interpretationCollaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholderExceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsImmediately available for workPrepared to work the full 6-12 month fixed term contractAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
