As an HR Systems and Analytics Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HR systems: You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and upgrading our HR systems to ensure that they are user-friendly and efficient.
  • Analyzing HR metrics: You will analyze data on HR metrics such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and training effectiveness to help us improve our hiring and retention strategies.
