Sydney or Melbourne based position available for a skilled individual to support the use of Chris21, a key human resources system. The role involves working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR technology processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">

• Develop and maintain HR systems strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and support on HR systems nationally and globally.
• Continuously improve HR systems to ensure they align with business needs.
• Assess, recommend, test, and implement customisations to HR systems.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

">

• Design and develop reports for various stakeholders, including Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business Development, Management, and others.
• Evaluate requests for ad hoc reports and determine the most efficient way of delivering information.
• Assist users with report writing and transfer skills.
• Analyze data as required by the Human Resources Director or other key Human Resource Managers.

Maintenance and Support:

">

• Identify and resolve problems related to HR systems.
• Ensure system availability and performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement upgrades or patches to key HR systems.
• Liaise with IT regarding database copies, back-ups, restores, etc.
• Maintain system users, including creating and deleting users to key HR systems.

About You:

">

• Proven experience in supporting Chris21 (Frontier Software).
• Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills.
• Experience in providing advice for improving HR systems and processes.
• Report writing skills.
• Problem identification and resolution skills.
• Ability to design and map new processes to abide with government regulations and business needs.
