Claims Management Specialist
This is a challenging role involving the end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims in accordance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of claims processes and relevant legislation.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing liability and managing injury-related claims from inception to settlement or closure.
- Developing comprehensive Injury Management Plans to ensure effective recovery and support for injured workers.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Evaluating and processing workers' compensation invoices, as well as analyzing claims data to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in workers' compensation claims management or a related field.
- Significant experience in managing workers' compensation claims, with a strong understanding of claims processes.
- Highly developed computer literacy and proficiency with relevant claims management software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply relevant legislation effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
