**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Officer to join our team in North Ryde.

This role is responsible for efficiently processing and managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims in accordance with policies and procedures, workers' compensation law, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage all aspects of the allocated portfolio of workers' compensation claims
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders in the claims management process
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims management
  • Provide technical and practical advice to support the improvement of business processes
  • Determine liability and claim status appropriately
