Dispute Resolution Specialist

The Dispute Resolution Specialist plays a pivotal role in making a tangible impact on people’s lives by effectively managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for NSW employers.

  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
  • Provides high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.
