We are seeking a Compensation Claims Specialist to join our team based in Parramatta. As a key member of our Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process, delivering a high-quality experience for injured workers and supporting their safe and timely return to work.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims from end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for injured workers and the business.">

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with regulatory and audit requirements.">
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.">
