Workers Compensation Specialist

At our organisation, we require a Workers Compensation Specialist to join our HSEQ team in Sydney. This role involves providing support and guidance to employees, medical practitioners, and Comcare.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing claims according to Self Insurance regulations, promoting early return to work, and implementing strategies to minimize workers compensation claim liabilities.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 2 years' experience in self-insurance claims management or an insurance environment
  • Experience in SRC Act 1988 (Comcare)
  • Transport industry or blue-collar environment experience is advantageous
