We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Concierge Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound calls and lead referrals, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with the SMB Sales Consultants and Retention Managers to achieve monthly KPIs and call targets.
  • Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and enhance lead transformation.
  • Ensure proper execution of referral processes between ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia.
  • Adhere to ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions policies, processes, and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Contact Centre experience and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Adherence to internal processes and targets.
