The Opportunity:

As a member support consultant, you will be a driving force behind our success. Interacting with members from diverse backgrounds, you will inspire them to embark on a journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same for an MSC, offering the opportunity to drive membership growth by conducting outreach activities, generating high-quality sales leads, and delivering exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to sales promotions and referrals campaigns to achieve desired outcomes

• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities

• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities

• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members

• Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions

• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries

• Open and close the club as per the roster

• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that enhance results and amplify experience

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate

• Problem-solving mindset - provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members

• Gift for communication - effectively engage with anyone and inspire action

• Drive - goal-focused and continuously seeking ways to excel

• Team player - collaborate during challenging times and celebrate personal and team achievements

• Customer focused - build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to assist them in achieving their goals
