**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging group fitness classes tailored to the preferences and needs of our members.
- Ensure the safety and effectiveness of workouts, providing clear instructions and modifications as required.
- Inspire and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic and supportive instruction.
- Build strong relationships with members, cultivating a sense of community within the gym.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating new exercises and techniques into class routines.
- Assist with member inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise Instruction) or equivalent Australian qualification.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Previous experience as a Group Fitness Instructor is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivational personality.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels.
- Flexibility to accommodate various class schedules.
