Are you passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals? As a member support consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey.
About the Role:- Contribute to growing our membership through sales promotions and referral campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve a high number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales potential
- Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create exceptional member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Operate as part of a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Certified in First Aid & CPR
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds with a desire to help individuals succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication skills - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacious with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team objectives
- Customer focused with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
