The Opportunity

Customer Success Consultants play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us.

The role of a CSC is highly varied, with two clear objectives: driving membership growth through proactive engagement and retaining existing members through exceptional service.

CSCs are experts in customer relations, able to seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation, provide exceptional service on the reception desk, and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to business growth using strategic outreach and referrals initiatives
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through community connections and new business opportunities
  • Achieve required number of interactions via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Manage club operations as per the roster
  • Develop and implement member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Maintain regular communication with new and existing members to keep them engaged
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their aspirations
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
  • Tenacity and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team objectives
  • Customer-focused approach with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
