We are seeking an exceptional Member Support Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about empowering people to live their best lives.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, inspiring prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, and helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
    - Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
    - Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
    - Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
    - Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
    - Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
    - Open and close the club as per the club roster
    - Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
    - Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
    - Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
    - Problem-solving skills, able to overcome obstacles
    - Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
    - Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
    - Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
