We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client interactions while ensuring projects are completed within set timelines and budgets.

About the Role
  • Manage every facet of project supervision to uphold impeccable standards and safety protocols.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Navigate daily tasks, which include managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client interactions, while meticulously handling all necessary documentation.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining exceptional customer service standards, even during peak workloads.
  • A valid West Australian Builders Registration.
  • A Diploma in Construction.
  • A construction trade qualification.
  • A valid driver's license.
