At a residential builder with a reputation for quality and innovation, we're looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee projects in the Perth region.

About the Role

This is a chance to step into a long-term position where you'll have autonomy on site and a strong support network. You'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage trades, contractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct site inspections, enforce WHS standards, and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and client updates

You'll deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget. If you have previous experience as a construction site manager in residential construction and strong knowledge of WA building codes and standards, we'd like to hear from you.
