About the role

As a Residential Site Supervisor at Broadview Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our residential construction projects in the Perth area. This full-time position involves managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and within set timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supervising construction crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely project completion
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborating with the project management team to provide regular progress updates and forecasting
  • Liaising with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address their queries and concerns
  • Implementing quality control measures and conducting regular site inspections
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of junior site staff

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the residential construction industry
  • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, building codes and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • A proven track record of delivering residential construction projects on time and within budget
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications
