Construction Manager Role Overview

This position entails overseeing the construction of single-storey homes in a residential home building environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes.
  • Allocate materials and trades to job sites.
  • Ensure timely completion of new homes.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, tradespeople, and management in a professional manner.
  • Inspect completed projects to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Maintain and update company systems.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Site Supervisor in residential home building.
  • A strong background in Carpentry.
  • A positive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
