The Role:
As a part-time Client Liaison Officer, you will provide outstanding reception and administrative support to the Adelaide office, assist the team during busy periods and absences, and manage daily incoming and outgoing mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily mail, ensuring timely distribution, and handle courier bookings and confirmations.
- Process general reception emails and greet guests with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, including meeting coordination and diary management.
- Perform data entry and document preparation.
- Process office invoices, coordinate with the accounts department, collect receipts, and manage corporate credit card statements.
- Prepare welcome packs for new staff and oversee the onboarding checklist.
- Order and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Keep the office organized and presentable.
The Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Client Liaison Officer, ideally within the property or construction sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
