Home Care Liaison Coordinator

In this key position, you will form strong relationships with clients, their families, and care employees to ensure exceptional service delivery.
As a liaison between our clinical service area and clients, you will
- Coordinate office and telephone interactions to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Roster staff with the appropriate qualifications to meet client needs
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client interactions promptly and provide timely handovers to relevant teams when necessary
- Utilize our rostering system to schedule services and ensure accurate verification of completed tasks
- Administrative experience in a face-to-face environment
- Previous experience in the Home Care or Aged Care sector
- Strong rostering skills and ability to manage multiple demands
- Full Driver's License and ability to manage phone systems
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, engaging manner
- Valid NDIS screening check and Police Clearance
