About the Role

In this key position, you will form strong relationships with clients, their families, and care employees to ensure exceptional service delivery.

As a liaison between our clinical service area and clients, you will

  • Coordinate office and telephone interactions to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Roster staff with the appropriate qualifications to meet client needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client interactions promptly and provide timely handovers to relevant teams when necessary
  • Utilize our rostering system to schedule services and ensure accurate verification of completed tasks
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a face-to-face environment
  • Previous experience in the Home Care or Aged Care sector
  • Strong rostering skills and ability to manage multiple demands
  • Full Driver's License and ability to manage phone systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, engaging manner
  • Valid NDIS screening check and Police Clearance
