About this role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Australian Cyber Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our business development function, you'll be responsible for supporting sales initiatives across our Australian partnerships, creating efficiencies and processes around management and engagement of those relationships, identifying new broker relationships, providing training and education to our broker partners.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative insurance business that loves to challenge the status quo. You'll be required to work closely with the Development Leader to action the cyber sales strategy as well as work collaboratively with the existing underwriting and development teams.

You'll have strong business development experience from either broking or underwriting, as well as excellent knowledge of the broker and cyber landscape in Australia. You'll be ambitious with strong customer service skills and an excellent understanding of insurance fundamentals and best practices from an agency management perspective.

The successful candidate will be expected to work relatively autonomously but at the fast pace that underpins the successful framework of the CFC business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales initiatives across our Australian partnerships
  • Create efficiencies and processes around management and engagement of those relationships
  • Identify new broker relationships and provide training and education to our broker partners
  • Work closely with the Development Leader to action the cyber sales strategy

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
