Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill this critical position. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic workforce planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with global human capital goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Manage HRIS (Workday) and ensure accurate HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Partner with finance to develop and manage HR budgets and workforce planning strategies
  • Act as WHS representative, promoting a culture of safety, inclusivity, and compliance
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Reconciliation Action Plan, to foster a diverse and equitable workplace
  • Prioritize both strategic and operational HR activities, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP role in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset
