Sydney, Australia Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Full time

We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.

**It starts here. With Bendigo Bankand you.**:
Bendigo Bank exists to feed into the prosperity of our customers and community. We know that as a bank we will only be successful if we focus first on the success of our customers, our people, communities, partners, suppliers, and shareholders.

Our People and Culture team’s vision is to grow a community where we want to work, where we are valued, and where we belong. Within this our People Strategy and Capability team work to deliver our people strategy, ensuring we have the right plans and people in place to enable the Group strategy.

To ensure that our organisation will have the correct workforce in place to enable our 2030 Group Strategy, we have created a brand-new role for a Strategic Workforce Planner. Reporting into the General Manager, People Strategy and Capability this role will provide expertise, develop frameworks and provide governance in supporting the development of in-sights driven strategic workforce plans.

You’ll be an integral partner to the People and Culture Leadership team, working closely alongside leaders to advise and ensure alignment of the People strategy with tangible people plans backed by analytics. Connecting with SMEs and Executives across the Bank you’ll lead the development of enduring frameworks and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to enable the Bank’s future workforce needs. Additionally, your expertise will be critical as you assist the implementation and embedding of a Saas solution to facilitate the workforce planning process.

You’ll be part of an engaged and supportive People and Culture team that are incredibly passionate and work collaboratively to enrich our people’s experience. This is a highly visible and impactful position where you’ll be responsible for bringing the Bank’s workforce into the future, additionally your opinions and challenges will be sought and valued.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Melbourne or Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

**So, why work with us?**:

- Hybrid work? Flexible hours? A compressed work week? Our flexible work options are designed to suit your life.
- Health and wellbeing support, including discounted gym memberships, private health insurance options, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family members.
