Job Description:

We seek a strategic workforce planner to lead forward-thinking workforce planning and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time – so that every client receives consistent, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing long-term workforce supply plans, overseeing rostering practices to maximise efficiency and reduce travel time, collaborating with sales and service delivery teams to forecast workforce demand and ensure readiness for new clients, monitoring key workforce performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making, leading initiatives improving service delivery and aligning with the organisation's broader strategy, embedding best practices in workplace health and safety, fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment, coaching and developing staff to deliver exceptional work and grow in their roles, and partnering with senior stakeholders to turn strategic goals into tactical plans.
