About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our corporate team at Thales Australia. As a key member of our central hub, you will play a critical role in driving HR cyclical activities, coaching managers, and providing counsel on organizational design improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive HR cyclical activities such as objective setting/review, salary review, and talent review across functions.
  • Coach managers to understand and embrace the critical importance of talent development.
  • Provide counsel on organizational design improvements or other productivity-enhancing measures.
  • Shape managers' thinking in planning and preparing for significant organizational change, particularly high-priority cultural and behavioral changes required to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide advice and consultancy to Line Managers on people management issues and undertake case management services and investigations in relation to employee complaints where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field an advantage or equivalent experience.
  • Business Acumen and comfortable in highly ambiguous environment.
  • Talent and Capability Builder Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Experienced across a broad generalist HR remit, with a particular focus on managing business change, leadership development, and employee engagement.
