Performance Manager

About the Role
The Performance Manager will play a key role in driving incremental revenue for Epsilon's Coles 360 partnerships team. This individual will support the team in ensuring online performance is optimized to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and existing relationships with media contacts at CPG companies and agencies in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supplier investment strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify untapped market segments and opportunities for increased reach and revenue
- Support the Coles 360 measurement suite to provide transparent and comprehensive reports on campaign performance
- Foster strong relationships with the Partnership Team and Advertisers to develop campaign goals and strategies that align with their objectives
- Adjust bids and auction performance in real-time to capitalize on emerging opportunities or mitigate underperforming areas
- Define clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and align bidding strategy with these objectives
- Generate revenue and strive to exceed target quota
- Utilize existing networks and intelligence tools to identify and contact prospective brand and agency contacts
- Offer smart client research, trends, and ideas to drive interest and cultivate relationships
- Dissect each brand organization to uncover different rivers of funding and unlock and elevate each relationship
- Present dynamically and instill confidence to challenge suppliers in a kind, smart, and creative way to ensure long-term success
- Communicate with category managers regarding VIP account outreach, pipeline, messaging, and SKU prioritization
- Track outreach and sales activity pipeline using CRM tool, Salesforce
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in advertising or media sales
- In-depth understanding of digital and performance marketing
- Working knowledge of retail, eCommerce, and digital monetization programs as well as Ad Tech Industry knowledge
- Proficiency in data analytics, including web analytics tools like Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, and ideally a Retail Media centric platform like CitrusAd, Criteo, Pacvue
- Strong understanding of CPG environment either through direct sales experience or similar exposure
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft suite products
- Efficient time management skills to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables
- Experience in various CRM, Sales Intelligence, and Ad Server platforms and/or the ability and willingness to learn quickly
