Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of performance analysts to achieve fund and investment operational and strategic objectives.
- Perform process oversight to ensure team's compliance to core deliverables and to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Performance Analysis
- Oversee performance analysis, attribution, and reporting of investment portfolios.
- Consult and advise key stakeholders, act as subject matter and technical expert.
- Identify and resolve performance issues.
- Operational Management
- Manage the oversight activities for a suite of funds.
- Work with cross-functional business leaders to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical business initiatives to minimize risk and increase scalability.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Ensure accurate performance measurement and attribution.
- Provide analytical insights into performance data for internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement
- Design and oversee calculation models.
- Evaluate risk and performance.
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to mitigate risk and to enhance adjusted returns.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Provide thought leadership and support to the global operating model.
- Influence stakeholders and drive significant strategic change across the business.
- Quality Assurance
- Assist in maintaining oversight process of all outputs, analysis, and ad hoc responses to ensure quality levels in accordance with expected results.
- Continuous Improvement
- Oversee performance of the service model for the team.
- Drive improvement initiatives.
- Anticipate business and client needs to develop tools to streamline and improve service delivery.
- Minimum of seven years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- Strong investment acumen, with detailed portfolio and investment knowledge across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset.
- Experience working directly with investment and risk professionals is preferred, with a proven ability to deliver investment and risk insights beyond the underlying performance data.
