About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations professional to lead a team at our Fulfillment Center in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of operations associates
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your area of responsibility, while promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on-site
  • Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality

You will be responsible for ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met. If you have experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics, we want to hear from you.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
