Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the successful launch and ongoing operation of a busy fine dining venue.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.

About the role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, including functions and private events. They will also oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to provide excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within our business;
  • Maintaining a calm manner while thriving in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiently using technology such as POS systems and online booking systems;
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve goals and objectives;
