Job Title: Operations Manager

The Intensive Compliance Unit is responsible for ensuring the effective service delivery of the Electronic Monitoring System South Australia (EMSSA) across the state.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead and co-ordinate the development and implementation of new and expanding program initiatives.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and reporting on the program budget, and for ongoing program evaluation and auditing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing new program initiatives
  • Managing and reporting on the program budget
  • Ongoing program evaluation and auditing
  • Line management responsibility for all Intensive Compliance staff
  • Implementing effective, efficient, equitable and safe work practices and procedures
  • Promoting a commitment to service excellence

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading and co-ordinating teams. They will be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will also be able to think strategically, and have the ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
